Customers can cancel the handling time within a day (24 hours) after the order. And wait for the product to reach them and ship it back to us.

Restrictions on Cancellations

After a day (24-hour) window, your order will have entered the production process and cannot be cancelled or modified, except for the shipping address. Our production processes are designed to get products to our customers as quickly as possible.

Modifying Shipping Address

If you need to correct or modify your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an item is shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
